Refund policy

Returns
 Our return policy lasts 2 days from the received date. If 2 days have gone by since your received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet one of the following reasons: 
 a) Incorrect merchandise received 
b) Defective merchandise received 
 c) Incorrect size purchased (self-cover postage)
 
Terms
1) Return incorrect size purchased will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) 
2) We will not entertain exchanges if item is purchased from a third party 
 3) No cash refunds are allowed for all returned goods except if the item is Out of Stock
 

Exchanges
We apologize if there is a manufacturing defect, faulty product or an incorrect item was sent out (incorrect size, colour or style). In this case, we will exchange items upon verifying the mistake. Please take a snapshot of the incorrect/defective item/faulty product in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and email hellofurkids@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item. We will send out a confirmation email upon receiving your email. 
 
Refunds (if applicable)
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Product
 The actual product’s colour and design may differ slightly from the photographs on our website due to differences in monitor resolution, lighting and photography effects and the manufacturing process. Due to mass production, there may be a discrepancy of 0.5-1.5 inch for measurements. In this case, we will not recognize the item as a defect.

 

Swimwear items (if applicable)
Due to hygienic purposes, swimwear items cannot be refunded.


Sale items (if applicable)
 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ELIZHUAN reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service without notice.

Refunds
 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
